- Flow Atlantic, LLC is a woman-owned manufacturer's representative firm and was founded in 2022 with a clear vision - to bring a higher level of service, expertise, and communication to the plumbing and HVAC equipment industry. Recognizing a gap in the market for a more responsive, relationship-driven approach, the company was built on the belief that clients deserve both technical excellence and a true partner throughout the process. With a strong background in business, sales, and client service, founder Leigh Ann Grooms aligned with experienced sales manager Carlos Rivera, whose deep industry knowledge and hands-on expertise bring added strength to every project. Together, they’ve built a team focused on delivering thoughtful solutions, trusted guidance, and reliable results. Since its inception, Flow Atlantic has grown steadily across Florida and continues to expand - driven by a commitment to quality, integrity, and long-term relationships.
